Terms of Use

1. The service

The app lets you keep shopping lists and share them with other people, who see changes in real time. It also suggests common grocery items as you type. The app is provided free of charge.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• Provide an email address you own, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Each account is for one person. Share a list by inviting others to it, not by sharing your sign-in details.

3. Shared lists

Anyone who has a list’s invite code can join that list. Share codes only with people you trust. All members of a list can view, add, change and delete its contents, and can see the username and email address of each member. You can leave a list at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful, or to store content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes the rights of others;
• try to access lists or accounts you are not a member of, or to guess invite codes;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the app, or access it with automated tools in a way that burdens it;
• misuse other members’ information.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to the app. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the app to you and to the members of your lists.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost, so keep your own copy of anything important. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, or the app itself, at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schreibs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Settings, or ask us to delete it by emailing aaronms168@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the app or other users at risk.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and if the changes are significant we will also let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
